If you order from the Korean menu, one of the owners will demonstrate technique for eating correctly. The stone bowl is so hot that the rice cooks to it if you don't keep pouring soup into the sides, so the process is a kind of constant stirring and nibbling interspersed with bites of kimchi and daikon.
