ok if you don't move the fingers they freeze or at least go numb and stuff drops dumbly from them like extra hot water, rendering the sweater steaming, looking expensive/expressive. matter of fact if you raced out of the basement as if footless somehow floating speedily through the crowds i saw it happen, and if you listened to another song on repeat for another month, i heard that. and i saw you doing all of the dishes and i met the bat and i spilled water on the floor, all over the tiles, the wood, the carpet. and if it was you that crawled out of the ambulance in three a.m. i am sure it was me.
