obsessed

i hope you feel better
something is taking me over so familiar
i gut wrapped myself in rags and moan
then creak
then backyard hating LED light
we are standing in it now
shining our lacunae everywhere to
get past the hedge

i have the dress
i keep forgetting to switch
where i put my sticker that reads
i voted today
i changed my rag
when i  handed in my ballot the runner asked
what are you reading?
culture of one
in it, alice wears a pink bag dress
walks to the mountain
the dress is cold
the coats hanging there are cold

i am so so so flayed
can you help me
here is a beer
i am taken over
with text messages
in them i write that i love you
i voted for you
i hoped for you with furniture polish
i hoped with a rag
i penned in then
dragging the dress forever
for back to your sister back to alice
to the mountain house, the backyard
pose in the boulder's shade for the photo
blank my stare
full of face
ah
ah
ah
yes yes yes
close my eyes
